Late-Night BLT Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 FRESCA 10” Homestyle Tortillas in Tomato, Wheat & Spinach
  • 12 oz. whipped cream cheese, herb
  • 10 regular fresh oak-leaf lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Approximately 9 slices bacon, crisped and broken into 1/2 pieces
  • 3 medium tomatoes, very thinly sliced
  • Optional: 1 thinly sliced ripe avocado

FOR APPROXIMATELY 24 PINWHEELS
Divide softened cream cheese into 3 equal portions; spread on all 3 tortillas equally. Arrange thin layers of all ingredients on each tortilla, leaving one edge, about 1/3 of each, bare of any filling except the spread. Roll carefully and tightly from filled side towards cheese-only side, using cream cheese end to “seal” roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Unwrap and slice into 1” slices.
