MICRO-BAKED TORTILLA BOWL
Lightly spray back of small microwaveable bowl with spray oil. Drape tortilla over back of inverted bowl. Invert sprayed lightweight bowl over tortilla to hold the shape. Microwave 2–2 1/2 minutes on High until edges are slightly crispy; may brown slightly. Allow to rest 1 minute; remove bowls and set tortilla bowl right-side up and allow to finish cooling. May be made ahead of time and stored in airtight container after cooling.
FOR EACH SERVING
Add fillings and garnish to cooled tortilla bowl.
