Salsa Sunrise Breakfast Wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 FRESCA 8” Salsa Homestyle Tortilla
  • 2 medium eggs scrambled with:
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red and green bell peppers
  • Toppings: 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garnishes: 1–2 tablespoons sour cream, sliced fresh or broiled tomato

FOR EACH SERVING
Place portion of scrambled-egg-and-pepper mixture on open tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Roll with open or closed ends. Place garnishes inside for a closed wrap or on top of an open-ended wrap.

TIP: Make sure tortilla is slightly warm before rolling.
