Fresca remains dedicated to the art of baking hand-stretched tortillas. Using our unique and proprietary recipe, tortillas are individually hand-stretched by our experienced and highly skilled personnel before being baked and frozen to maintain freshness for our institutional customers.

Fresca’s Hand-stretched tortillas:

• Thin and flexible; do not blister excessively when fried.
• Available in die-cut sizes.
• Authentic floured surface that never sticks.
